Kingston man ‘living’ in ER department over lack of accessible housing

A Kingston man, who is disabled and legally blind, has fallen through the cracks in the accessible housing system.  39-year-old Thomas Woodward is homeless and living for now at Kingston’s Emergency department; a situation that neither works for him nor the hospital.

Woodward is worried he could be discharged from the hospital at any time with nowhere to go, a discussion that happened today and last Friday with hospital administration.
